These BPA Free bottles are being offered at manufacturer's cost ($5.00 each!) to promote recycling and reduce the number of plastic bottles in our trash cans.
While our Mt. BPA Free water bottles are safer for our children and the environment, they are not necessarily safe in your dishwasher. Please hand wash.
At this price you can have several on hand and eliminate the need to purchase disposable bottles.

In order to be reimbursed for a PTA approved activity, a Check Request Form must be submitted to a vice president or president for approval. Be sure to complete each line on the form and attach original receipts or invoices. Please submit requests in a timely manner. More information can be found in the "Financial Guidelines" of the PTA Leadership Handbook.

The Cash Verification Form needs to be filled out every time money is collected on behalf of the PTA. After all coins, currency and checks have been recorded, make sure that two counters sign the form to certify the funds were received and properly verified.
Please follow the "Financial Guidelines" in your PTA Leadership Handbook and submit the deposit to the treasurer.

When you come to visit Mt. Bethel, it is imperative for safety reasons that you sign in and wear a name tag. If you would like to order a permanent name tag, please download the form below then place your order and payment in the "name badge" drawer in the office. We're glad that you are with us enough that you need a permanent name tag!
