Waste-Free Lunch Week ~ April 14-18

The Green Team is ready for spring!  All students are encouraged to participate in Waste-Free Lunch Week, April 14-18. 

The week will culminate with our school’s Habitat cleanup, April 20, from 1:00 - 3:30pm.

How to participate:

• Only bring or buy what you intend to eat.
• Bring sandwiches and side items in reusable containers, avoiding single-serving items.  Pack your lunch in a reusable lunch box (or recycle your paper bag).
• Use cloth napkins and stainless steel forks and spoons (not paper or plastic).
• Use reusable drink containers (no juice boxes).
• Save milk containers for another use or for recycling.

The goal is to eat lunch and have nothing left over to throw away!  Thanks for helping to reduce waste, and go green Mt. Bethel!

A few remaining Green Team bottles are available on the Spirit Cart for $2.50.

Spring Thing ~ Friday, April 25th

Two Sessions:
6:00-7:30pm and
8:00-9:30pm

Ladies and gentlemen, don’t miss A Night Under the BIG TOP at Mt. Bethel for some CIRCUS FUN at this year’s Spring Thing! We’ll play carnival games, enjoy yummy treats, and dance to cool tunes from the DJ. Be sure to dress up as your favorite circus performer or animal. Costume prizes will be awarded! The night is sure to be fun for the entire family! We’ll see you under the BIG TOP!!

Ticket price of $5.00 includes:
- Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets, chips, and water
- DJ and dancing
- Fun games, tattoos, costume contest, and more
