This is the Foundation’s eighth year of sponsorship of the Science Olympiad Team.  Mt. Bethel hosted meets with teams from neighboring schools for the first four years of the Science Olympiad. This is an excellent way to celebrate the wonders of science!

Science Fair

The fourth annual MBESF Science Fair will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2011!  This fun, non-judged event gives students in grades K-5 an opportunity to celebrate innovation and scientific learning!  At the 2010 Science Fair, 200 eager Mt. WHAT ARE THE TEACHERS SAYING?

Science boy" We are so thrilled that we have more science equipment thanks to you!

The students are loving the opportunities to examine various organisms under these great microscopes." -Fifth Grade Teachers.  Microscope

"The credit really goes to you, the Mt. Bethel Foundation, for believing in Mt. Bethel teachers and giving us the tools, both large and small, tangible and intangible, to present education in a 21st Century fashion, long before the County initiated the 21st Century Classroom."  -Mt. Bethel Target Team.

"Each class will be actively using the magnet kits, pocket microscopes, and rock collection kits. The Foundation has helped each one of us to enrich our students with “hands-on” supplies."  -The Third Grade Teachers. Laptop

"When the new computers arrived last spring, we were able to use them immediately, with plenty of quality software to share!"  -The Kindergarten Team.
