Waving pumpkin We had a great time on our field trip. Thanks to Wilson's and Bethany's mom for going with us. It was a beautiful day, and the class was very well behaved. The blue t-shirts really help keep the class together.

Fall is here! Jackets are starting to arrive. Please make sure that you have your child's name inside on the tag.

Please make sure that Reading Folders are returned the very next day.

Next week, we will be discussing community helpers. On Monday, I am sending home an outline of a person and a community helper that your child has chosen. Your child needs to make the body into the community helper and come dressed on Friday as the community helper. A paper (report)  will also go home that needs to be filled out and returned. It might be fun to go visit or interview the helper. Talk with your child this weekend about a helper that they might want to choose. Have a few choices.
