Teachers and students are really enjoying our new 21st Century Technology Tools! The interactive whiteboards are helping to make instruction even more engaging and address multiple learning styles. What a fun way to learn and to teach! Be sure to ask your student about the work they are doing with the new equipment. We are very grateful to be one of the seven pilot schools for the 21st Century Classroom Project!
Thanks to funds from SPLOST II, each classroom will be receiving a new black ink laser printer this week to replace the exiting classroom printers. Classrooms will have access to new color laser printers as well. We are very excited to have better printing capabilities for the staff and students! The new printers will work perfectly with the new desktop computers we received last year.
Thank you so much to the parents who attended the training for the Parent Volunteer program on Wednesday or Friday this week. Your willingness to volunteer your time in the classroom is a gift to the teachers! We look forward to working with you soon.

The start of the 2007 - 2008 school year has been very exciting! I am very happy to be serving Mt. Bethel as an Assistant Administrator this year. I look forward to working with all of our new students and their families.
