Miraculous May
Greetings Parents,
Another amazing year is drawing to an end. It has been a joy and pleasure working with you and your children. This is a fantastic group of children and I will miss them very much!
We have "boarded" our jet, left Japan and have landed in the "Down Under"! The children are so excited about learning more about this country. "Japan Day" was such a hit, that we are planning on having "Australia Day" on May 14th! We currently have a guest speaker lined up and several other activities planned. Here are a couple of interesting web sites that your child might enjoy visiting:
Animals of Australia and Australia Downunder
Our caterpillars just arrived today, so we can get excited watching the transformation to butterflies during the next few weeks as well.
Congratulations to Zachary, our Character Winner for the word Accomplishment. He is very deserving!
Special Thanks To:
- Chandler's mom, Ian's mom, Carter's mom, and Daniel's mom for sending in special "brain food" during the CRCT testing (and anyone else I forgot)
- All parents who sent in your children well rested and prepared for the testing
- Thanks to all who participated in the many Relay for Life activities. Thus far, $8,552 has been raised!!!
- Thanks for those who have sent in completed enrollment forms. Please make sure that all forms have been signed before sending them back. Please note the request to put three stamps on the envelope as we use this to send home the end of the year information and report card.
